usage rights

-i do not condone the usage of my art for NFTs, AI, or the promotion of such.
-unless otherwise specified, all works are under a creative commons noncommercial sharealike license. essentially, all commissioned work can be posted anywhere and/or edited for personal use, as long as i am credited for my work and the art is not being used commercially.
-commercial use of my work must be discussed and agreed upon by all parties involved, and will be priced differently

refunds/payment plans

-refunds available if you have not received any updates for 3 weeks or if your commission has not been completed within 5 months, with exceptions for larger projects that i predict will take longer than 6 months (if this is the case i will communicate this with you and come to an agreement before any payment is taken)
-payment plans offered for any commissions over $100. payment amounts and dates will be discussed and decided per client.
